Information regarding CDL LICENSE
1- Go to motor vehicles and pick up the commercial
driving book (CDL book).
2- Read the sections that pertain to which type of license
you are looking for.
3- When you feel you are ready to take the test you need
to go to Eatontown motor vehicle to purchase a
CDL permit.
4- After you pass the written test - have motor vehicle
give you a road test date. Rahway or Kilmer motor
vehicle for Iselin employees, and Eatontown and Bakers Basin for
Trenton employees, will be most convenient for Dapper Bus.
5- Then come to us with your permit, drivers license,
and social security card. Fill out an application. We
will give you a physical form (that you can take to your
regular Doctor), fingerprint paperwork, prints are
done through Sagem Morpho.
We will also send you for pre-employment drug screening.
6- We will then set you up with a trainer, who will call you
directly to set up your training.
